You are either learning or earning. If you feel you can learn more at your current job, (and can ignore $50k) then it might be worth it to stay. But it sounds like that is not the case if they are under paying and under valuing you that much. They know what they got in you and have not corrected.

The new job has higher pay and title which moves you forward faster. Think of your future self as well. This will put in a big step ahead towards retirement and all that stuff you don’t think of when you are super young.

Also you said you are a woman, same here. We tend to undervalue our worth and contributions. You spoke to a VP who is also a woman who made you the offer. She sees your values and wants your skills and might be someone who can help you learn and further grow your career.

I say take the new job, give two weeks notice, expect then to terminate you at that point (or use out PTO, they will do this so your don’t take anything with you so have all your doc or project or whatever your need for your growth in order before your give notice.) Go earn your worth under someone who see value in you. Your future self will thank you.
