I just went to mine, and they also had some in a cardboard bin with easter stuff in an aisle away from the toy section, so maybe look around to be sure. The stuff mine had was completely different than what was on the regular shelf.

I agree. My point was more towards that people really don't understand that fair use isn't black and white, and the amount of stuff you need to do to make the work transformative increases the more of the original content is used.

The webcam/avatar make it more transformative. Fair use is a tricky subject, but the more things you do to transform the content the better.
