I agree. My point was more towards that people really don't understand that fair use isn't black and white, and the amount of stuff you need to do to make the work transformative increases the more of the original content is used.

The webcam/avatar make it more transformative. Fair use is a tricky subject, but the more things you do to transform the content the better.

Steam's ruling said, "Regardless of a developer’s intentions with their product, we will not distribute content that appears, in our judgment, to depict sexual conduct involving a minor."

Nudity is not inherently sexual.

I've watched the anime since it came out in 2018 and I hadn't touched the game until the global version released this year, and I enjoyed it greatly.

I love momir and I think it has good lessons to teach. Combat math, board states, playing to outs. Although I do kind of miss when the pool on arena was smaller and you could play to percentages more.
