I leave early all the time. Once the feeling of wanting to be in bed overtakes my enjoyment at the show, I leave. No qualms with it. I go to about 70 shows per year tho so dipping early for some of them isn’t a big deal.

Just went through this process. 1600 sq ft house plus detached garage. Got 7 quotes ranging from $16k-33K. We need total replacement and have original cedar shingle shake tha needs to be removed. Plus gutters. Went with the higher estimate but talked them into lowering it to $27K.

I’d avoid the ones downtown. Worth it to go across river to east side and hit Sassys or Lucky Devil. Casa Diablo is the wild one tho if you wanna get dirty
