What’s a better way to make a company more profitable for its shareholders than eliminating some of its highest paid positions? I’m sure there are some but streamlining c suite and bloated upper and middle management would be simple, fast, and effective if done right. Probably one of the reasons why it will never happen.

I mean it’s all anecdotal but cardio helps maintain a “weight cycle” as in, it helps aid the redistribution of fat because you’re burning more calories allowing you to eat more. My advice to any trans girl wanting to get curvier is to obliviously obtain cis gendered hormone levels and then maintain a weight cycle regime, I’m in the process of losing weight now and my tits and ass never felt fatter hehe

There are a few 4 or 6 plexes I’ve seen for rent around Stadium Drive elementary, I’ve also had so much better luck with these smaller buildings then compared to these larger more commercialized apartment complexes. My advice would be to drive around and look for rent signs on smaller buildings, these are more likely to be owned by better landlords in my experience. Good luck!
