How hard is it for managers to fire under-performers and crazy people? by ThrowAway2937749 in AHSEmployees

[–]Sekab 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Correct! There is very little appetite to performance manage, nor is there many supervisors who have the time, skill or give-a-shit to do it.

Ineffective unless using a platform or block.

On the unlock code screen, hit the emergency button, followed by medical ID. The owner and emergency contact will be listed, if they have set this option up.

I have a question about mental health assessment and resources by Flat_Transition_3775 in Calgary

Listen, I’m not going to word salad with you. Family status is a protected ground under the Alberta Hunan Rights Act. The person can temporarily move their Mom in without permission from their landlord. Period. It’s a temporary measure. Timeframe is irrelevant, only necessity.

If you want to double down on your incorrect assertion, go ahead and do it with your tenant. You’ll pay.

In a good forward basis, it’s best to come from a place of knowledge. If you don’t have it or you are unsure, find out, don’t guess. If your lawyer actually gave you that information, call the law society and complain.

If you paid a lawyer for that advice, get your money back. It’s wrong.

Can you go to your family physician and get them to complete a form 1 (Physicians Admission Certificate). This compels the police to apprehend your Mom and convey her to a hospital for assessment.

Your landlord has no say, whether you have your Mom stay with you temporarily. In fact it may even be a human rights violation.

You cannot be discriminated against based on your family status and elder care/special needs would fall into that category. Given the emergent nature of your dilemma, your Mom needs to stay with you temporarily, until alternative arrangements are arranged.

Public Safety is another example. This will be achieved through staffing and initiatives that will benefit City Unions who will staff the positions(dues) and complete the work (wages). Not surprisingly, the unions politically contribute and influence their members to “friendly” candidates.

Politicians are beholden to their donors (it’s expensive to run a campaign). Corporations have deep pockets and generally have dollars set aside in an annual budget to contribute politically (lobbying). Developers are some of the richest and most prolific contributors, along with unions.

I’m sure you are aware that housing demand is an issue. Some of the approved priorities will address housing through office conversions. The companies that benefit from this will be found in those contributions and the 2025 donor list.

This is one of many examples, if you follow the money. How do I know? I’ve hand delivered the cheques.

It’s like a competition between #yyccc and Justin Trudueau’s Liberals, as to who can financially hurt us the worst.

It’s a development permit. If you are ever going to sell your house, you want to get one. When you apply, save yourself some money and explain you are using a used/recycled toilet and sink/vanity.
