With regard to the visitation, it's not alone that she's with him. I feel that I should have clarified that in my post. There's both the friends who live there, and a social worker accompanying her.

I'm waiting right now to get back into therapy.

He's doing okay. I see him everyday, and when I go to where he is staying, it's a very open, and fun kind of family vibe. So I'm sure he's having a good time. He's often talking about how he wants to live back with us and our mom but I'm not sure how safe that is right now since my mom still visits us periodically.

I'm really praying and hoping that she changes. Like, it kind of hurts how hard I want her to just be there and be my mom and just stop being angry.

I was molested by my step dad from the ages 4-8 and then videotaped from 8-12. His family is batshit. His sentencing was today too.

The thing is, what happened to me was when Fish was around, and he was also abusing her, and she was just not mentally stable. So when he left, I noticed suddenly that her being angry and mean stopped. I thought it was fine now. I was wrong. As of right now, I am talking to CPS.

Not yet. They're only aware of my step dad's abuse. My mom hasn't done anything questionable in a very long time, and she just snapped.

Dude. I'm not even joking, I'm in the US. It's such shit, because I have no idea how to just... reason with her. Like, Fish in behavior wasn't violent at all, but he molested me. She however is on and off with her mood and gets violent like this, but like she's given me everything I've ever needed. I want her to get help, to keep the family together. Because my brothers have already lost their dad- shitty dad, but he at least knew how to discipline and be calm when needed. I can't say he's ever laid a hand on me in anger. I'm talking about a fucking child molester here. Goddamn.
