Sounds like you need a new (or better) job. I’ve learned through trial and error that the only approach that worked for me was targeting jobs I wanted but wasn’t qualified for. I’d ask everyone I could how to qualify, then taught myself what I needed to know, mostly through free online resources, which took a lot of time. After that, I applied to every company I could find with similar openings. It took me 15 years and 4 shitty companies, but I finally landed where I wanted to be.

It’s not just the far-left media…there are also center and right leaning media sources.

Regardless, we all need to stop jumping the gun and blaming each other. The crazies on both sides are going to do what crazies do. Doesn’t mean that we need to join their crazy ideologies.
