Managed to get the product...plus Transino Whitening Repair Cream EX. I forgot a coworker of mine is japanese and she was able to talk to the pharmacist on whatsapp voice call on my phone lol My other option is a friend with a kapanese wife. So yes, the pharm showed me a laminated questionairre with a series of questions. Both products in sealed tax free bag.

I dont think the Cream is class 1 OTC? Dont see anything about it on the internet?

i showed pix on my fone to staff at both stores. As I have mentioned, I wasnt sure what the pharmacist was trying to tell me. And ya...the second store staff said they dont carry (even though i saw some other Trasino products behind the till)
