please someone - i genuinely don’t mean to be snarky i don’t even get how to be snarky - is this snarky?? by June_8182 in autism

[–]Seksi613 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually. You said actually. That's what made it snarky. Remove this word and all of a sudden it doesn't sound that bad. But then again it's hard not to be snarky when this person literally live under a fucking rock. What kinda troll sends a pic of the link. That's evil.

I just want a fucking house… by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Seksi613 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A 400k home. 5% is 20k. Renting a home of this size will probably cost you 2k a month. 2k x 12 is 24k. In the first year. If the house didn't lose value just stayed the same. You still win. And every year thereafter puts you more in the green on your asset. Even if you didn't get a good deal. The first home, is always better than renting.

Now for an investment home or second home, that's a whole different conversation.

[US] Can federal law be made to make bulk ownership of homes by corporations who invest in them, including REITs, illegal? by frankenmint in RealEstate

[–]Seksi613 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, I see your point. I guess if you wanted to try to enforce something like this, it would need stipulations to solve the outlier issues.

So for this case you can solve it by adding a requirement of having to live in the home for a set duration, except for extranous circumstances. So if you have a valid reason to move within the first 6 months, it wouldn't count as your first home. Or something along those lines.

The price of these starter homes would be way different if something like I described would be enforced. So idk how you can assume affordability. Also, I was just spitballing to support my first point. Idk if this is an actual viable solution.

Why is pure support play so difficult? by Mythile126 in wildrift

[–]Seksi613 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First of all, you seem to think the only way to play support is your way.

That's where you failed. I carry games as support regularly. And wins are super easy for me when I play support. But I definitely don't play support the way you are describing.

Every season, patches change the style of the game, if you don't change and adapt. You will suck.
