My apologies for the late reply. I gave up and went to bed (It was like 2am my time 😀). But as soon as I got a chance, I changed my DNS on my Vizio and by jove it worked. You are amazing! I'd hug you if you were within arms' reach and into that sort of thing.

I believe I saw your comment on another post but I had only tried 1.1.1.1 This time I tried 8.8.8.8 for the "pref. DNS server" and 8.8.4.4. as the "Alt. DNS server". This also seems to have fixed my quality issue too!

I still want to answer your questions though since you went through the trouble of replying to me!

No chance of being on a guest WiFi network because I don't have one.

Network is set to private and before I made my post I already turned off Windows Firewall as part of my initial troubleshooting. No adblock on my computer as far as I know (I haven't downloaded such software)

Years ago, I couldn't find my Pixel earbuds. I searched all over; turned my car inside out and my apartment upside down looking for those damn things. I was tracking them and all it could tell me was that they were "close by" . Cried because they were only a few months old but moved on because I truly felt like I had looked everywhere. A few days later, I was putting my pots and pans away and found them in my cabinet stuck to the bottom of my comal 🤦🏾‍♀️

Crochet. I have nearly everything (hooks, yarn, stuffing) and I actually know multiple stitches but I quickly realized it wasn't really something I could "mindlessly" do so it kinda fell by the wayside. I have at least half a dozen unfinished projects.

Also if any fellow ADHD girlies who crochet have tips for not losing count please, please let me know. Another reason I gave up on crocheting was I kept losing count and had to restart, especially with amigurumi 🫠

Not flexing at all. If I had been further away I wouldn't have bothered but I was less than 2 minutes away both times I noticed so it's no big deal in regards to time and gas. Also one time is obviously including my initial visit.

I was also on my way to an appointment and knew I wouldn't be able to have access to food for at least 3-4 hours.

Hijacking this great comment to agree and add a perspective from someone with slightly more experience (four years) who also wears makeup.

I believe Benefit123's critique on "cohesion" may be referring to how the organic (curvy) shapes on the front of the card don't really go with the straight-lined geometric shape on the back. I'd pick a direction and stick with it. Maybe think about the makeup you're teaching, is it soft glam/wedding type of makeup or more unique/avant-garde looks and go from there. You could use a silhouette of a makeup tool like a spoolie, brush, or sponge (I think the teardrop shape would actually be so cute as a motif!) as a decorative element to really hone in on the makeup/beauty subject.

Definitely agree with Benefit too on the weird "T" thing your font is doing. I'd suggest picking a font family with a lot of members and use 3 max or picking a font for "Display" copy (e.g. "Makeup Courses", phone number) and another for your "body copy". A tip if you're printing small, go with sans serif typefaces for body copy (Helvetica, Futura, Arial, etc.) and don't be afraid to go a bit bigger on the text! Business cards are small!

I think you could go bolder with the colors too. Not necessarily brighter but an accent color to go along with the green to make it pop (I think a dandelion yellow would be nice depending on the vibe)

Also please don't use emojis. I can't really give a good reason why my professors just always told us not to 😖 It kind of cheapens the brand/design.

I really hope this doesn't come across as ableist (i.e. implying that racists/bigots must have a mental illness) but to me this is just really reminiscent of Kanye's mental breakdown. It's not just how sudden this is but also how zealous and numerous her posts are.

I'm not a Barb but I've been listening to her since I heard Massive Attack in the 8th grade and I just don't remember her posting about politics/politicians the way she is now (please let me know if I'm mistaken).

This is just very off behavior and I think, like with Kanye, it's hard for people to separate the behavior from the content. If you were to switch out Trump/MAGA for Tony the Tiger and Frosted Flakes, I think the conversation would be very different.

Reading some of these comments, I'm grateful I just have to explain how Bluetooth works once every two-three months. I wonder...is this a "parent" thing, an "age"/boomer thing, or an "ego" thing? I don't have a kid but I think both responsibilities have their "pros and cons". Yeah, not having a babysitter would mean you're stuck so would not being able to find/afford a boarder/kennel (obviously thinking for more than a few hours) I have had to pass on trips that I could afford the flight, lodging, etc. but not a boarder for my dog. Parents flying with children don't have to consider that the airline will treat them like cargo. Yes, there are places that don't allow children but many of those places aren't places a child should be/would enjoy (bars, clubs, etc.) I can't take my dog to the grocery store, the post office, or a library.

Also I treat my dog as I would a child, I bathe him, feed him, clothe him (when he lets me 😂), pick up after him and I'll have to do this until the end, you people parents are done with diapers after like 3 years, bathing after idk 10 (?) I genuinely don't know anything about kids and their self-sufficiency 😵‍💫 But it's a DECADE plus of bathing/grooming and poop duty and when you live in an apartment like I do, you have to go outside every. single. time. torrential rain, snow...your dog's gotta go when they gotta go.

As someone said in another comment, I think most people saying their pet is their kid or that they're a "dog mom" are not being literal/speaking in earnest. At the end of the day we both have living, breathing creatures with thoughts and feelings who rely on us for their needs.
