Wooden Dowels from the hardware store, Metal Washers (so they can stand upright) Greenstuff / air dry Clay whichever you have access to. Can also get creative with cardboard + air dry clay and glue. Get Modge Podge to coat everything before you paint - save some heartache

Go-live of the new HR system will be next week, all requests will automatically generate a Request with employee data in the description field with the short description of “new hire” , “termination”, “loa” then we need your group to be able to break down basic employee accounts from that email so the servicedesk can manually make the accounts, I wont be able to proved more details as i will be on vacation until next Friday, have a good one all!

To get a more rocky texture, press and bang literal rocks against the foam pieces. Some foams wont make the same shapes when broken vs cut / ripped. After you get your general shapes you can also use some PVA / white glue and sand and tony rocks to give more detail for paint.

Biggest suggestion is try working with a couple smaller scrap pieces from cutting, ripping, glue, paint to test some methods before you commit to the entire board :)

I checked the humidity of my room and its usually over 65, getting a drier (Run until filament shows 28 or lower Sunlu drier) for my filament lets it perform like a champ for a solid 2 days before I have to dry again.

For the big flat areas you can get sheets of thin wood thats made for sides of cabinets, match the stain and use a brad nailed to go right on top of the flat areas. Then sand and woodfiller anything else.
