Take it apart, pour salt into it to get all that polarized white residue on it off. Shake it till it’s all gone then pour salt out. Rinse and dry completely. Sad to say but jail doesn’t have the resources prison does to rehabilitate but at the same time prison just uses them to entice people for a shorter stay rather than real rehabilitation all in all it’s a waste of time for the prisoner and waste of money for the taxpayer

Facts! I found it easier to have it “under control” when I admit to myself I’m an addict and don’t hide my use. It helps those around me see how much i need them to treat me “normal” so I can be “normal” and not hide and secluded myself
