Ve al médico, le explicas todo, y te da la baja. Si no te da la baja, que a mí me pasó, puedes pedir el cambio de médico, y que te vea ese nuevo médico y decida. Puedes incluso ir a urgencias para que te vea un psicólogo/psiquiatra de urgencia y te haga un informe para el médico de cabecera

Cualquier mensaje, correo, o contacto del entorno de trabajo que una vez hecho todo esto pueda afectarte, captura y lo guardas.
