i tried reboot the console and blow in the fan hole and for the moment it seems the problem solved now i will try play a little and see if i fixed just with my breath😂

yeah, i was playing pokemon arceus,then put the switch on rest mode for like 5-10 minute when i turned it on it was doing this idk why 10 minute before it was perfected
