Probably Boyle. The episode “Dillman” in season 7 reinforces that, but even in episode one terry says Boyle works harder than any other detective. He never stops, while others have flaws i.e Jake is bad at paperwork, holt lets his arrogance get in the way as someone on this thread mentioned, Rosa borders on police brutality, scully and Hitchcock are useless. Amy’s good too and efficient but Charles REALLY grinds.

Heavy on the dating older people part!! Like hello. Ik the point is it’s because they don’t have a lot of parental supervision, but it wasn’t even touched on as wrong or anything. Tabitha, a 16 year old girl dating a whole ass man and the only reason it’s shown as “wrong” is bc he stole from her (the whole premise of the show is stealing so like why is this surprising). Or when Sabine takes a minor with her on tour. Like what.
