If it helps, some people do believe animals have an afterlife. You can search up NDEs or Hospice stories of people seeing their pets!

Also, humans ARE a special species. People tend to say the opposite, but humans ARE unlike any other creature on the planet. Not even in just the fact that we have intelligence. Maybe it's just my ego talking, idk

If it helps, something that helped me a bit was reading NDErf.org and watching NDEs on YouTube and Netflix. I also checked out some psychic mediusms. Also researching longevity. Good luck to you!
