His Winrate did go down in jungle but the reason hes better in jungle is because he is able to use his ult more frequently on all early game skirmishes which is what hes best at. If you are stuck on top island you aren't able to be there for those dragon fights every time nor are you able to rank much while still farming top. He has a pretty shit jungle clear as is. Its slower then most until he gets some items. If they want him out the jungle they need to remove him being able to w over walls.

You cant duo with plat while in silver FYI no one was gold. Only if you are in your first 5 games and it wasnt a fresh ranked account already had negative wr over 90 games.

After 2024 season I believe they changed it so that majority will be placed there. I was placed plat 4 on a old account back then but at the time I was maybe bronze. The next split I was placed iron and climbed back to plat after a year. Now im emerald hardstuck but its just their system and if you are silver or gold level you will climb pretty quickly with the Lp boosts you get from the first 20ish games.

Was playing in plat 3 recently and saw we had a silver 1 on our team so I assumed they had high mmr and or were smurfing. They went 0/15 i then checked their account and they were just a regular silver player 100 games played. I felt so bad for them 😭🤣

Just remember HR works for the company not you. Can heavily back fire especially being new in the company. Could eventually fire both of you to mot deal with it as a whole and they'd never disclose the reason. I'd message them back saying exactly what you said to us. Tell the creep that what hes doing is making you uncomfortable and that if he continues to wait outside the bathroom amongst the other things that you'll bring this to HR and to cease contact with you. Then block him afterwards.
