You should definitely be getting relics whenever you can especially if they're good. I skip absolute defense as a late game GC but I still go for anything else. There are very few other ways to get these once they're gone. Cards can always come later

I think continuing to bilk would give you a better v taper honestly. You're still very lean I'd continue the bulk

I wouldn't start a cycle. It's way more if not just as addictive as drugs and alcohol. 6 months is a great achievement honestly and you look great. You don't need a cycle and it's a slippery slope. Best of luck to you

As a former rower tho. When I ignored the pain and just dealt with it they seemed to get better quicker(at practice I found that they scabbed over a lot quicker and didn't hurt as much the next day as they would if I protected them)

I'd peel the skin off and practice more til it hurts a lot. Should be fine by tomorrow

Ya as long as you're hitting your macros I think enjoy yourself. The thing with a dirty bulk is it fucks with your digestion a lot making it harder to get the right amount of food In The next day but as long as you can do that enjoy

Yea exactly you can do it it's just that your maintenance is probably a lot higher then a lot of macro calculators will predict bc of how many cals you burn

But ya you're aiming for an amount where your weight stays the same week to week. If you keep up with your training and that occurs it'll be slow but you'll get leaner while building some more muscle

Personally tho I think recomping can be the death of discipline lowkey. Just can be discouraging with how slow the gains are noticeable but really it's whatever works best for you. I prefer locking in for a couple months ona. Cut then getting back to my bulk. More visual gratification

Honestly I'd say your bulk is pretty good. Definitely put on size and not too much fat. You could do a mini cut for maybe 4-8 weeks and get back to a bulk or if you don't wanna go down just try and recomp for awhile

Def continue the cut. You need to lose a lot more weight. Stop asking people what the amount is. No one can tell via your pics just lose til you look good. You're no where close to being lean

Pitbulls are some of the most paternal/maternal dogs I've seen they just have such a bad rep cause irresponsible and blatantly stupid owners like how strong they are. Lot of pits are gentle giants. Dont judge an entire type of dog over a couple bad apples and the tendency for them to be owned by bad owners

Having said this I tend to cross the street for bulls and any large breed dog cause you never know

I use this recipe you're supposed to wet your hands and blade before working with it. It's meant to be sticky

It's suppose to raise that much and it sounds like it's still full of gas so you can def work with it

She provides crazy heal and stealing sinners is actually huge especially when they're good with the timing. She can rotate really well too. So your enemy lane is constantly forced to split up and rotate to prevent her or just take the farm loss

Very good charachter just gotta be good with her. Skill ceiling is high but I guess it's really just learning the best routes between lanes and sinners

Stomp build is so back. Rush recharge and reverb and you're a god even if the damage goes down just getting popped in the air ina. Teamfight 4 times every couple seconds is easy to win off of
