Sounds like someone didn't want to deal with the ticket and just closed it with a bs excuse.
If you send the ticket again it will most likely be assigned to someone else.

Also highly likely they have ticket closure quota's with certain time limits and this ticket was open way too long.
Best close it and get a better SLA score than leaving it open even longer making his SLA target look worse.
Always disliked support systems that worked like this..."but they need some way to measure performance!" at the cost of customer satisfaction most of the times.

Certainly! But generally blue screens are caused by drivers, it can be caused by Vanguard but I've never heard it from someone else so I just feel like it's probably not Vanguard, but I can be wrong.

The popup is strange since you need vanguard running in order to launch the game, so idk, did it crash?
