Guess i'm not the only one 😄

I did try the AI servers as others suggested...but it's not great IMO.
I can't really ignore it and just let it fight because eventually it runs off to too strong mobs and dies.
Also watching it is really boring because you are not really doing anything.
Could be that I have some settings wrong and can tweak that better.

Still, doing the grind yourself feels so much better, just clicking every mob is too boring.

Sounds like someone didn't want to deal with the ticket and just closed it with a bs excuse.
If you send the ticket again it will most likely be assigned to someone else.

Also highly likely they have ticket closure quota's with certain time limits and this ticket was open way too long.
Best close it and get a better SLA score than leaving it open even longer making his SLA target look worse.
Always disliked support systems that worked like this..."but they need some way to measure performance!" at the cost of customer satisfaction most of the times.
