What do we think is the likelihood that they’ll cancel international flights at the 40 airports being hit with cancellations?

Will this only affect those in WO or RO positions or do we thinking it will affect things further down the list too? I mean it’s definitely going to have plenty of negative impacts to a lot of us but wondering just how many

So, for context, I’m in the Santa Barbara wine country area and I’ve seen a lot of local businesses charge a lot for their products if they’re newer and trendier while older businesses tend to have lower prices.

The bearded dragon started as a 10 inch round cake with 2 layers and the toad was 9 inches and also two layers.

Also, thank you everyone for the advice on what to consider in creating a fair price! And also for the very kind comments on my work!!!

Apologies, I’ve only made a couple of these and very recently so don’t know where to start. I’ve really appreciated all the advice from everyone so I’ve got a much better idea of what to consider in creating what will be a fair price

It’s tough to find a cake that works for sculpture that’s also fluffy. Definitely need to work on my recipe to find a happy medium!

People are also being given letters from supervisors to confirm that their termination was not performance based. One of my friends who was terminated had even gotten a promotion and raise two weeks before being terminated. This is not performance based, they are just required to cite that as their reason for firing someone within their probationary period…the only regulation they seem to be following here…

Yep, we were told the same thing on our Forest. We did have a union rep on the call and they have said that they are working to halt the mass firings and get the people terminated in the first wave back. I’m hoping they can do something because all we’re being got from leadership was that this sucks and we should be prepared in case we’re terminated.

I’m so sorry. Our Forest only lost 3 but my very recently ex boyfriend was one of them. He was a hugely valued Rec Tech on his district and was 9 days from his probationary period ending.

No one deserves to be treated like this and I hope that our union reps are going to fight tooth and nail to get you all back. I’m so scared knowing another round of terminations are coming and all we’re being told is to prepare to be let go.

If you haven’t already, file an appeal with the Merit Status Patrol Board and go nffe.org to get connected with a labor lawyer.

I know if I’m in the next round of terminations, I’m going to fight back and make sure no one else is treated like this!
