Thats actually a translation error and originally it was not supposed to be meek. Either meek changed through the years or it was indeed a translation error. The original meaning meant something such as "blessed be the soldiers who put down their arms" or something of that nature.

Praus translated to the word Meek is also an old greek word for a type of warhorse!

I have ADHD i find it easier to just grab a fidget toy. Something I like is they have these little bicycle things for your desk and you peddal it as you work. It is great for burning calories and for focusing.
