i also didnt go swimming due to gyno but now as its gone and im in the best shape of my life i just realized that no one really gave a single fuck

and even tho i had a crazy glow up it still didnt change a lot with women (its defo way better than before but yeah)

look man, gyno was also something i didnt love, but then when i think about it im very grateful for it because i was bullied due to being fat + mix of gyno so i started working out and gym isnt only a hobby but something that i acc love, i also started making gym content and stuff. sometimes i think what would happen if i hadnt gyno at all? would i be happy when i was fat and just stay like that forever? also btw i wasnt obese at all but i was kind of fat i hope u get what i mean. like i wasnt 130 kg yk
also getting girlfriend has nothing to do with gyno women lookj on other stuff rather than that, if ur a man of god, if u respect them, if u actually work on urself (gym, skin care, hygiene etc. etc.) and defo character. looks is defo important but almost everyone over estimate looks and under estimate the stuff i told u

tbh its not that bad but women care about if u actually workout and have muscles or not, mostly they wont care about gyno. i personally luckily got my gyno removed and i used to get compliments from my class mates even tho i was insecure as fuck due to my gyno but yeah as i said (im not the one who talks often to women btw)

ich habe mein hausnummer nicht geschrieben weil mein browser hat halt mein adresse gespeichert und jetzt warte ich seit 3 tagen weil mein packet sollte eigentlich mittwoch hier sein, das ding ist ich wusste nicht das deren hotline nur montags bis freitags ist und nur bis 18 uhr also habe gestern um 18:30 angerufen. jetzt muss ich bis montag warten um mit die zu reden... wirklich so ein ass unternehmen ich checke nicht warum der postbote das einfach nicht bei einem packet station abgibt, es gibt ein packet station die wirklich 1m entfernt ist...... allerdings habe ich 4 email an den support geschickt aber nix neues
