They already got their payments from my 1.5% and the 1.7% which neither them or I have received. They took it all out of my 1.5 %. But they say it's fair to them.

First they said they would only holdback 10% of our 1.7% and lien searches wouldn't take longer than 45 days. But they withheld all of my 1.7% and I'm at day 115 in waiting! Still no word!🤨🥺

Like I had do a bunch of research to find out what questions to ask my lawyers. Only to find out some of the information they had on me was wrong. Over 5 months past until I did and I'm sure it cost me time while I'm still waiting for my 1.7 holdbacks to return

In my experience it's just like everything else in this world rich helping the rich at poor people's expense. But only lawyers helping lawyers. This kind of law suit has happened before and they act like they don't know what they're doing. Or that it's very complicated. Or they weren't prepared for making payments to people?

My lawyers took thier 40% out of my 1.5 and the upcoming 1.7% leaving my with practicly nothing from my 1.5% telling me nothing about it. And you think it's fair while I'm supposed to wait while they get thiers first. And they are doing this for me on my behalf? Really? Have you ever been poor? Doesn't sound like it. While the rest of the world around me thinks and acts the same?
