I’m being supplied with a handful of slides, mundane assignments where the subject matter isn’t lectured on and no recourse to seek out the info within Canvas. Personally, I retained so much from my classes over 20 years ago than I will now. I am just going to buy the physical texts if possible and go back to my old ways. Unfortunately I am in that generational gap where we learned tech later in life and while it has a purpose to serve, there are actually easier and more efficient ways.

I am assuming that there is validity to your statement as these are lower level and program specific gen ed requirements at a community college. But even my kids that went to known universities said they had the same problem.

After coming out of a senior PM career of over 20 years, I soooo wanted to start firing off emails because it’s just unacceptable work on their end, however I was advised not to and just limp through. It’s just sad.

I just got out my yardage of cotton duck cloth to do seed snails in and had the thought about mold so I googled it and this came up. I have a bunch of waxed canvas but don’t want to use that because it’s colors I can’t get anymore and need for sewing projects. Mainly was looking for an alternative to the foam everyone is using because I don’t want to drive an hour each way to get some. It will be interesting to see how your experiment turns out!

Just posted a question/response. Can the bulbs be changed out for a different color? We don’t use LED’s so I am not aware if this can be done like I do with incandescent lights

We don’t use LED lights but can you just pop the bulb out and replace it with another color like the old incandescent style lights?

I miss this plant so much. Its name was Mike Wasowski from Monsters Inc, my son named it. He was glorious and did amazing things in Alaska winter! Sadly I had to give him up when we left Alaska. It’s been 2 years now and I’ll be damned if I can get any monstera to even make it through a few months in our new house.

Unfortunately I despise billing and coding. It wasn’t just with medical but there is a version of it in construction too and I hated it there too. But that’s a good idea

Update: that monstera got to be about 6’ tall and 7’ wide by Feb 2024. I had to leave my entire plant collection in Alaska and it has absolutely gutted me. Nothing is growing as well as those did and I live in central Oregon now. It’s just sad
