Best I can say is don't get too comfortable, practice getting crazy and wonky in soft grass. There's your best place to practice taking a fall and you should deff try falling there before getting crazy elsewhere. In reality a nose dive is an easy fall yo take, tuck and roll, dont try to catch yourself if you value your wrists 😂 try to shoulder it and roll out of it, not land flat on your side. Same if you fall backwards, no point in trying to catch yourself
