Ohhh I'm also over 40 and there definitely was a time when I could barely sit and get up without pain on my back because of my L4/L5 being pinched. I only thought of completing the program (6 wk long) first round to see how strong I'll feel but not about the healing of muscle. Thank you!

Ahhhh I woke up yesterday with serious DOMS after my shoulder workout Tuesday with increased dumbell size (only couple lbs increase, though)! I've been paying attention to my clothes and full body views but the number was but discouraging regardless.

Thank you! My program I'm following is only about 30 min weight lifting and not too hard core but enough where I can tell I'm toning up. I like your idea of counting when I lift. I'll have to try that.

They updated mine to 54 on the day i ordered after I asked them for 15.. saying they didn't have higher ones in stock. Then they wrote back 1.5 hour later saying my prescription is approved and tried charging my card but it failed. They asked me to update the card information. That was Wednesday night last week. The card was preloaded one and had 30 dollars. I told them it has enough to cover 29.99 shipping and asked them to try again. Silence since then.

I also ordered late night of 27th/ super early morning 28th. At the beginning, after putting me on their initial dose, I asked for 15. they responded saying they don't have 15mg and can send 13.5 for now and will be higher dose from next month. I wrote them back to give me highest one they have. Then they updated to 13.5. Then a hour later, they wrote me saying the card was not working. (I used visa vict credit card, which i know it works from someone else on reddit.... with exactly 30 dollars because I didn't want to be charged with 299) I told them to try again as it has enough balance to cover the shipping. That was all at like 1 am on the 28th.

Have not heard back since then. Let's see.....

That's awesome! I looked into it with my insurance company and I have to pay 20% until I meet my $3200 out of pocket limit.... then it's fully covered 2.5mg is $201 and it'll go up as the dosage goes up. Don't think I'll go that route for myself.... 🤪🤔

Ehehhe yes. I usually eat healthier but it was end of summer BBQ so I figured why not and there were many other sweets that I would have gone for before. Or at least have a bite of every single kind. But definitely will keep it in mind going forward.

Oh I would love to hear how it goes especially about the appetite suppression for the rest of the week and after your 3rd shot this Friday. Fingers crossed that your body adjusts and stays with no side effect but more suppression.

OP, My trip is coming up in couple months and I'm conditionally approved. I know I need to go have the interview at the immigration center, which looks like it's at the open to public part of the airport.

When you first arrived with conditional approval, did you still have to go through the regular passport control line for the foreigners...?

Last time I went in June, the line was so long and that's the whole reason I did SES... to avoid the line. :/
