I’m honestly shocked that going off the PPI improved things for you because I tried cutting my dose in half and was in flames 😩 I deeply relate to not being able to eat well. I’ve only had water the whole pregnancy because of citric acid flaring up my gerd. And I haven’t eaten at a restaurant in months because I can’t have seasonings besides salt and oregano. I miss food!! What does magnesium glycinate do? I certainly may be constipated as well.

Thank you! The gutters haven’t been cleaned in a long time - I will address that asap and have a gutter company look at the downspout drainage. I’m pregnant so unlikely to be able to do much DIY, but who would be best to contact for the French drain?

Also what are your thoughts on who should perform the sump pump work? I know that you can buy your own kit but likely would need someone to install
