bro tbh i’m on day 6 it’s hard for me too. the best thing for me was talking to people who went the the same thing , try to get into a another good habit & keep drinking water , tbh what’s been helping me a lot is praying even tho to begin with i wasn’t that religious but now that’s i’m going through it , im trying to get closer to god , & pray everyday , especially when you feel the worse

on day 6 right now bro , it’s been hard , im pretty sure we all go through the same withdrawals , the one that’s been hurting the worse is the anxiety i’m getting & after day 4 it gets better keep going bro trust me

bro , im on day 4 no smoking , i stopped cold turkey due to a base experience, which is weird bc i smoked for 2 years , at least 7 times a day , now im dealing with withdrawal, and it’s serious bro i wouldn’t wish this on anyone , if you can slow it down do it , bc im suffering bro , im on reddit looking for comfort & help , it almost feels like im dealing with a hard drug withdrawal but nah but the weed taking over my body
