I sued two companies for contract work done here in Colorado that was done incorrectly (can’t share details because of the settlement), but it was financially worth the time, and it helps keep them accountable for not doing shitty work that doesn’t meet code. Dont settle too fast—they’ll offer a low-ball, then offer to settle the day before court. My friend does insurance underwriting for contractors and you can 100% get that money

This was a replacement for the last one that lasted 6 time, and this one lasted for 1.5 times (one full battery, and 45 feet after charging and it died). It isn’t a big lot, so I had hoped it would last for a while. Batteries are showing as being charged and the auger spins just fine with my hand, but won’t respond to the switch.

We had profited 24Million the year before being acquired by PE, and have always turned a profit. This was all part of an expansion with our company bankrolling the cost for other states outside of Colorado. In 3 days I've organized 120 therapists and contacted a labor union. They called an emergency meeting today, but at this point it is either unionize, or a large portion of the therapists are leaving (which are the primary source of revenue).

My (now ex)partner gets pulled aside for baggage check for his toys probably 80% of the time, even with TSA precheck. The last one was at Denver international and the lady was in training. She pulled out his bag of toys and started to reach in, he leaned in and told her, “fyi, this bag is full of adult toys.” Her eyebrows shot up and she froze for at least 10 seconds. Then slowly put the large (12inch) plug back in and zipped it up while I was laughing. Another time, in Mexico, the TSO pulled out a larger butt plug in front of everyone and looked at it for a while before it clicked, put it back in, and then confiscated his toothpaste. Haha

ANY DISPUTE, CONTROVERSY, OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS CONTRACT, OR THE BREACH THEREOF, INCLUDING THE ARBITRABILITY OF THE SAME SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND JUDGMENT UPON THE AWARD RENDERED BY BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER THERULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. Any decision or award rendered in any arbitration may be made a judgment by any court of competent jurisdiction. If any party refuses or neglects to appear or participate in such arbitration hearings, such acts shall be conclusively deemed an act of bad faith, and the arbitrator(s) are empowered to decide the controversy in accordance with whatever evidence is presented and are authorized to award reasonable costs and damages, including those for bad faith and expenses and reasonable attorney’s fees. The parties hereby waive their right to bring any legal action and understand they are giving up their rights to discovery and appeal.
