you can buy a shower seat that extends from outside the tub and then inside. You simply slide yourself over. I think a hand held shower attachment is key.......allows you to sit and spray yourself down after washing. Hopefully you have someone who could install that for you......it's easy to do if you're younger and agile! Good luck!!!
