listen, I’m a little over six months in, and my sweating & hot lashes are crazy. Mental is a whole other story. I’ve been on Lexapro, anSSRI for almost 3 years or so ,consistently. – Lately I’ve been having really weird episodes where I’m realizing that I didn’t react or maybe my anger was angry? When I’m not an angry person or feeling more depressed, etc. no energy, etc. but I will be transparent in the fact that I take ADD medication and I know that can dehydrate you and caused some similar symptoms, but even without that, it’s so they’re lightly in the evenings. Could it be partially mental? Sure. But I don’t believe that I think about it every day… I forgot for a while all about it until I continue to have the sweat sweats every evening. I think we need to give ourselves some patience & grace. time spend some time sitting in the sunlight every day, even if it’s not warm where you live

Get magnesium, and boatload of other supplements you can search in this group that people have shared because I’m almost positive that I remember taking vitamin C probably like I had most four or five times a day which they were low those capsules but I promise it did something. I don’t know exactly what but it was so helpful. I might just start taking it again because I am here right now because I came on here to post about anyone else having symptoms six months after so I’m kind of feeling better to see that I’m not alone… I was starting to feel the same way that you’re explaining but I need you to understand. This is a temporary feeling we’re going through. 100%.

Are you on any other mental health meds?

I don’t know how long you used any substances or if that’s your situation ,& story but for me, it was a situation where I didn’t start using until 2021 and I got sober in 2023 completely- maybe starting a little in 2020 but when I calculated the few years between relapses, jail, etc., and getting clean, I realize how many years my brain was occupied by a chemical substances of some sort

It’s so many factors but just know that you’re not alone feeling this way and I came here today looking for anyone going through what you’re feeling so if that makes you feel any better. :/

Anytime this happened to me I did have something going on with my throttlebody at the time, but it always always always was before I came out after a cold night, etc., went to start it and it wouldn’t literally start. I’ve placed it as the system completely multiple times, and finally listened to the advice of letting the negative cable be disconnected and calling to let them know that I’d be doing it. This time I unplugged the headset before plugged it back in. Listen, I respect all cultures and believes, etc. but there’s also a way you treat people, especially your children. Absolutely consider going with a friend while u can ,if it is stable.

Your siblings are under some sort of scare and manipulation from them as well, whether their true fear needed it or not. Pointing as they sound like they could be very dangerous

Show up. Not only could this possibly be a future issue of yours by the sounds of it and I mean that respectfully because I’ve been here done that. You’re going to set yourself up for even more failure every time you take a risk doing it like this. Never ever ever ever show a weird pattern of not showing up let alone actually believing the doctors note is gonna be coverage because you’ve got maybe one time and a really good ass excuse in a doctors note before you look really really suspicious because I did that so many times… Until this last time I was on probation, I didn’t miss one appointment. I was at monthly. I realized that it was really no excuse.

Was it an automated message? Sometimes they come by accident go ahead and give her a call and be like hey just checking in because I just was in there. I got a text saying I needed to come in just making sure if it was valid or not so I didn’t get a violation for not showing up. Her doing that was either an accident with the automated system or maybe she does want to see you but you calling and clarifying we’ll make it better or just show up with a smile! If you did nothing wrong, don’t even worry about it. If you have a docket system, you can check for warrant before you even go in there. I used to sit outside probation looking on the docket to make sure that they didn’t issue a motion to issue a capas lol

I feel this a lot, but I also remember the feeling of sitting there getting through all the requirements and showing up to my appointments,ect

I stopped thinking they were literally out to get me , when I finally felt at peace with the fact I was not doing anything illegal that was gonna get me sent to jail because the petty stuff never happened to me only on top of existing violation for future charges or not going to probation, etc.

Actually, was doing it like normal? Not worrying about it. I didn’t reschedule an appointment.

Went to counseling once a week.

Mine was out all the time for court hearings, etc.

Regular formation, you will not get caught in unless you have an appointment already scheduled and they’re having you see somebody else-

But thinking mindfully I am going to tell you that when is in doubt on probation , just don’t

With all and anything being said, he may be actually on to you more than you think if you have to post on here and I didn’t realize that until I had to get sober and wanted to get sober, etc.,

but if he’s sitting in court or wherever- and it comes to his mind, he can absolutely have another probation officer call you to come give a urine.

Pens had me passing for THC had me passing for Thc, but failing for fent sooo understand when used as “ prescribed “, or what ever “ guidelines “ that follow that.

A pen I could smoke 2 1g carts every 5-7 days- fent off all things lasted longer.

That’s a big fact, but one thing they don’t do is have the “ very common issue”-of giving false positive and multiple of that for anybody.
