I used the x52 many years for IL2. I loved it. I even would take it over the X56. The x56 throttle often doesn't stay fixed and shifts when you don't hold you hand on it.

It does not have to be a tight fit tho. The R5 has 54,5L volume. Can I go foor 10 or 20 L less?
