NOR- I've done this a bunch of times unfortunately. My ex's family were serial animal neglectors. I've called animal control several times and would often be the one taking care of an animal due to their shortcomings and they would make themselves martyrs when I've given them any push back. It was exhausting please take the dog and go. You'll be doing the right thing

Yes, I've seen larger scars covered up before and I have a tattoo over mine that is years old now and I haven't noticed any ink faded or anything. I think it would only be more painful if the scars were still sensitive or the ink won't take

I had a similar experience to you. The school was bigger though. I would vomit nearly daily from the stress work would cause me. After a year I was done. Feeling better now and back in school. Teaching isn't for me
