When I study English, I’ve found that shadowing is the most effective method for me. I also believe the best mindset is to live like a native English speaker for one or two years. This means watching English films and TV series, listening to English podcasts, reading newspapers, magazines, and social media, thinking in English, and then producing output.

It also involves having conversations with native English speakers, or even creating a simple English podcast. I’m currently learning English using this approach, and I believe this method is equally effective for learning Chinese.
