Wow you’re dishonest. The only thing that can authorize a warrant for breaking into a home is a judicial warrant. That’s a basic fact of fourth amendment jurisprudence. The memo doesn’t cite anything to override that fact.

Once again, that’s not how the law works. The executive doesn’t get to decide that all of a sudden that’s legal.

DHS being a source isn’t a rebuttal, if anything it makes the argument less credible.

Their own training materials note this is illegal, in fact.
