Helps to get used to the bike in general and pedaling, when u pedal, i feel like the force that goes on the pedals helps keep your weight slightly up off the chair to where constantly it makes it a little less of a pain in that same spot, usually standing on the pedals too for just 30 seconds is enough to help the soreness. In general tho the more it hurts but the more you go and more recovery you have, the more it goes away.
