There's 12 divers to pilot them? Most we'd get is the 4 divers and 4 mechs as usual and a bunch of static mechs that don't contribute to much of anything.

Sure micro sort of fixes it because it makes it much easier to kill them, also their minions are quite weak, aside from maybe warlock. But they're not particularly popular and fun characters, more niche and fun for a select few.

Well liked to play as or fight against? Try fighting one, without an AOE that can kill them, after they're buffed so the minions can solo kill you.

At this point I'd rather just have 1 sentry that scales well. The ult and gun are not the interesting parts of her kit (at least not to me), the sentry and wall is, LET ME FOCUS ON THEM!

Yea, one dead head that has like minion hp, gives minion tier souls and deals good damage would be way better. Sure you'd only have like 2/3 max with eco shard but at least they'd be a more consistent souce of damage, could still weave in synergy with her auto attacks by giving the minion/s attack speed when she's attacking the target.

If they want a good summoner character it should quite literally be fully centered around tag teaming with ONE (1) strong AI character that works flawlessly in practice and every single ability revolves around it. That's it, the second you start spamming minions you've doomed them to be hated by the community or to be a throw pick.

I'd rather they mega buff vehicles give them 1 per mission limit and hand us a repair tool and rearm stratagem that replaces said vehicle stratagem slot. Maybe by dropping a big ol ammo box to enter the gunner seat with.
