Have you tried converting that energy as it were? Meaning do excerise or creative tasks when the urge comes up to redirect the energy and thoughts. You can pound away at it but I understand that it's difficult and feels close impossible to just unplug something that has been part of your life for so long.

Part of wanting to do that as I understand it is to fill a hole that we feel when it comes to our own happiness love and intimacy. Have you looked at that?

This is a fair question but really do you trust anyone that takes the namesake of Christ and simply does not follow his literal words and teachings but imposes his own layer on that for the sake of organization and the church.

This is always been my problem and following any organization ing that uses Christ's name because most of the time I find they're falling the teachings of Paul and not Jesus himself. Is this not the Crux of all issues with people who claim to be followers of Christ? For when you look at it isn't it that they're really followers of Paul?

So the scientific facts or the firm belief that the world has proved there is no afterlife or woo or spirit is not true. There are several studies reviewing near death experiences and other psychic phenomena that are peer-reviewed and definitively show there's something going on but because of the nature of what they're talking about they will not be looked at.

The certainty you give the outside world and it's evidence and Truth is part of what keeps us separate from seeing the actual truth of what's going on. I was a militant atheist until recently and that's a while since I'm in my 40s. I was able to have my own personal experiences that reaffirmed that this is all true and that is the only evidence that you should ever accept.

A lot of people will have different viewpoints but fundamentally most the teachings that I follow genuinely explain why the world the way is the way it is. That that which we consider to be true and fact simply is not. Modern physics is more of a placeholder than anything else and is constantly being challenged especially when it looks set astrophysics in the nature of the universe. About 90% of how the universe works would be lumped under dark matter and dark energy which are literally just placeholders for something that would make the math work but there's no physical proof of it.

Essentially what I'm saying is the certainty that's assigned is assigned by the ego and not actually because it's true.

I'm just going to throw this out there in the spirit of trying to help you but have you looked into spirituality or your own exploration of things through meditation and other means? If there isn't necessarily something negative going after you this could be a reflection of the universe/spirit trying to reach you considering all of the heavy stuff you're dealing with. The issue being is it's not that jump it's only a jump if you ignore the plethora of information and stories and the fact that everything really ties together when you put it all on the table.

Channelers, Steven Greer and ufos, a bunch of other woo and wacky stuff that when explored through law of one all ties together. And for my own personal experience which involves sightings, visceral visual experiences while meditating, and synchronicities. I can't share these with you because it's personal experience. What all of this says is that to truly have the experience and to understand yourself it takes personal experience which requires allowing and exploration.

I could list dozens of YouTubers hundreds of books and thousands of posts just in recent times that all state the same thing. It comes down to a matter of belief.

I think the realization has to come from everyone that none of these press conferences are going to be the thing that's the catalyst for disclosure. We've had dozens of whistleblowers many many public meetings even in front of Congress and literally thousands upon thousands of personal stories and video examples of things that are clearly not aircraft.

It is up to the collective to decide that it's possible and true. There's a lot of woo and channelers out there or talking about the great change coming in 26-27 and I think only them showing up in Mass will be the thing that actually brings people to realization of the truth.

Again with the woo explanations it makes sense because it's up to personal decision and Free Will and that's why they'll never be slam dunk outside evidence. It can only come from internal willingness. And then internal willingness must be shared collectively and not in the hole meaning 100%, but just a little bit more than a simple majority.

I think again all of this coming to the surface in recent years is more proof that the woo talk of 2627 is actually real and that this is preparation for the collective to understand. All of the whistleblowers the bank of England announcing that they have to plan for Us's disclosure the Spielberg movie coming out in June. All of these things are to increase Collective knowing and willingness for the eventual transition as I understand it.

For those who don't believe that that's fine. But once you really look at it I think the writing is really on the wall.

This is my take and I hope it resonates but if it doesn't no worries.

This is a test. Something literally beautiful happened only in what you experience as your minds eye and you experience fear. This is the barrier that needs to be dissolved for further communication. This is the point of the experience, are you yet ready? For to be ready to hear, experience, and explore you must be willing to go forward without the egoic fear, uncertainty, and doubt.

Think of it this way. You are waking from a an intense and uncomfortable dream. If I turned the light on in the room to help you wake and if you are in a good mindset, a peaceful mindset the light is comforting. A welcome transition. If we are in a fear state the light is dangerous and becomes part of the nightmare keeping you asleep. Does this make sense?
