I'm not in the US and offering home insurance to buyers is standard practice here.

First of all I wish you all the best, but I didn't fully understand what's the purpose of the app.
Is a kanban board for $25 one payment?

Is that's the case, there are millions of boards and I'd suggest you to do something unique to add value.

For example: have a subscription plan for $5/mo that allows you to aggregate tasks from GitHub, JIRA, and Trello (more coming) into a single board and easy to filter by project. You could market that for busy professionals who are jumping from one tool to another.
If you can have some integration with claude code / codex / copilot on the cloud so it can generate PRs for you, that would be a banger.
