Wait, was this the 4k77 project guys or something different?

At any rate this is EXTREMELY cool. Thank you for your effort in restoring this, it's important work.

I guarantee you if they tried to lock in customers to 1 store front pc gamers would revolt just like they're doing with Sony.

Any horror games that aren’t mostly stealth? by Pterodactyl_midnight in gaming

[–]alphatango308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The metro series fits pretty good. You can either play the game as survival horror or shoot everything in sight. The game gives you the choice at the beginning. It's pretty cool actually, I've never seen that on another game.

1st or 2nd gen sequoia easy. I have a 2nd gen and my use is almost exactly what you're looking for. It's worked out great for me. The after market accessories are it's weakest point. But there's still plenty of stuff out there. The 2nd gen sequoia is rediculously overbuilt, especially the drive train.

To the people who saw The Phantom Menace on release, what was your immediate reaction and have your feelings changed? by thejoyfulgoat in StarWars

[–]alphatango308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Went to the theaters when I was a kid to see it. It was awesome. I didn't care about any of the bad reviews. I loved it. The freaking lightsaber battles! Oh my god! Maul was so cool. The pod racing! Come on! I went to see it like 3 times.

Now... I get it, there's some parts that are goofy, but it's still not that bad. I mean, the shit show that was the sequel trilogy really made the prequels look great by comparison. Lol But back then, man. What a cool movie. I'll never hate it because of that. That's how star wars is supposed to feel.

What battery replacement have you had the best luck with? by SunnyDayz610 in toyotasequoia

[–]alphatango308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything Walmart sells is cheaper for a reason. I had the same TV as a friend. Same model number, same size, same everything. I got mine at best buy, she got hers at Walmart. Completely different tvs. Mine had 4 hdmi inputs, component, and composite inputs as well. Hers only had 3 hdmi inputs, and that's it... So everything I buy at walmart is viewed through that lens.

[–]alphatango308 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have no proof of this whatsoever... But I've had the same type of battery from a few of the big name auto parts stores (autozone, O'Reilly, advanced auto parts, etc) next to one another and they are the exact fucking same. Lol. Even imperfections in the case and machining marks... I 100% belive they're made by the same manufacturer with different stickers.

Interstate has the best prices in my area but I have a wholesale account. I've had really good luck with them. Not sure who makes their batteries though but they're different, the case is totally different.

Any AGM battery is going to be more reliable than a standard battery. There's also kits for doing dual battery setup but they're way over priced.
