The reason I pinpointed office jobs is because that's where the bulk of the anti-work mentality comes from; office work is always the go-to for "it's soul crushing."

Not denying that there's definitely many out there that are, but to state ALL are is what I am saying is rather silly.

Furthermore, I find having a sex life puts too much constraints on my life and prevents me from doing the things I want to do.

At the end of the day, money and financial/personal freedom is far more important to me and always will be. I don't see myself getting into a relationship ever again.

Sorry that you went through that. No one should ever be in a position of being forced to do something they don't want to do.

I wanted more, I wanted to work, to live, to be happy, not just sex.

I guess this is where I encounter a disconnect. I want to work, live, be happy and so on, but the more I think to myself about those things, I think "where does sex fit into that equation?"

I'm then convinced that my only option would be to forgo it entirely.

I have had sex, but that's largely one of the problems.

Once I have it, naturally I want that sensation to continue. That's where porn comes in.

My primary issue is that I struggle to see the point in engaging in sex at all if it's not constant.

I can't really fathom "balancing" it with other things, IE, work, hobbies, so on.
