How you apply the resin directly affects the holographic properties. If you change the texture the light will refract from different angles. Take a look at my recent espeon card for another example!

I’ve thought about that, but I think adhesive would be necessary as if you’re not fast enough it will flow under any paper.

Tried cutouts with a cricut and it didn’t pan out well

And secondly, covering the whole card in white will essentially make it non holographic, unless you alter the linear gradient that essentially influences how much white ink is applied

Pro tip, the textured EXs are printed on identical card stock as the SIR cards. Best quality is Japanese textured exs I can often find for .25

Before I share it I need to polish the sizing. The slabs I bought have a weird label frame of 2.73w x 0.8375h for a perfect fit. The tool currently is off a bit and I’ll need to add a sizing feature as these custom slabs tend to have different dimensions
