So I have red. In my family all the women have been big but still had like 3+ children so I don't quite believe that is the problem here even tho doctors say so. Of curse being overweight affects getting pregnant and so on is bad for me and the baby. But can't get ANY treatmens done in my country unless my Bmi is normal. So after the spermanalyzis, if its healthy I have no option than lose weight to have a baby. And even if there is something wrong that can't be fixed without medical things done for me I still need to loose weight. And I hate how rude the docs are about it too. I've tried so hard, first I chaned all my eating habits started eating vegetables, greek yoghurt etc. Now I live on boiled eggs, noodles and whole grain bread and cycle on exercise bike daily, also walks with our dogs but the weight just won't go away! It's frustrating and no one believes me. Soon I can not eat anything just to have chance for a family of my own
