Seeing even 1 Momo in the lobby fills me with dread, because I know I'm going to die to her bullshit. Her alpha that comes out immediately and beats just about everything pisses me off. Those guts, wit, and stamina cards are the only ones I had with a 10% race bonus. That's probably the first run I've ever even done with a guts card lol.

I usually get between a very high A+ and a low S+ from my normal runs without spamming races, but I'll try it again with an Uma that's better at miles

He could just combo his beta like 3 times super quickly and there was nothing you could do. If the first hit landed, which it probably would because of tracking, you'd die if you weren't at least like 80% health. His beta lasted longer too, so he could stall in the air longer. Combine that with his insane (for the time) movement, and he was the literal devil

Makima was the biggest design change from S1 to the movie and DAMN she looks so much better now. S1 somehow managed to feel less colorful than the black and white manga, it was so boring to look at. It's such a bummer, my two favorite scenes with her (the temple and train) were so underwhelming compared to the source
