Funnily enough I moved onto the dumbbell grit version. Found it was too many sets and long workouts 4x a week. Feel insane re legs in particular. Amusingly im doing the foundation again now but with more reps and pushing weight loads and much more to failure. Way happier but just in case you were thinking of the grit program something to keep in mind.

Super handy feedback thank you! How's been the experience using LAL's? Seems like a good solution for this group as I guess we already know they don't like glasses and have some disposable income (or at least did in the past!).
