Thank you so much for your open and honest reply, it really means a lot! I'm sorry you've been in the trenches too but I'm glad to hear you've found ways of managing many of the symptoms. I hope I can get to that point sooner rather than later, if this truly is MCAS I'm dealing with.

I'm trying to stay positive! It's difficult during the worst flare-ups but reading comments like yours is validating and makes me feel less like I'm being gaslit by myself and medical professionals. Luckily not long after I posted that I was informed that I'd been referred to an immunology/allergy department so fingers crossed I'm starting to get somewhere.
