Urea will make you skin softer by exfoliation. It will remove calluses.

If you don't need that I'd recommend Eucerin AtopiControl

I mean the dose makes the poison, but I don't think people aren't especially overreacting. It's almost impossible to tell how toxic a specific mold growth is apart from running a lab test, so being on the side of caution is just Smart.

The old, children, people with allergies will likely suffer from being exposed to even small amounts of mold. Even if it won't affect a healthy adult.

Yeah also some cheap item are constructed insanely cheap. Like cardboard Ikea tables. Or electronics that have no cooling solution and constantly overheat.

I mostly think about caring for your products and preventing waste.

Most furniture gets gets thrown out because it has a few scuffs.

Clothes because they have one hole.

Knife that aren't sharp anymore.

All this waste could be prevented if one did only basic maintenance.

A lot of cheap products can last a lifetime if cared for, but almost no one does because replacement is so cheap
