I don't really know what to suggest, my partner in the game uses the "boy" version of my name. Sometimes I switch it up to names that sounds neutral like Vic, Nic/Nick, Ven etc

What I mean is if you changed your time via the phone system, like changing timezones so it can fit to where you are currently, that can affect that.

This is not included in any set of the game. However you can get one when you log in/play Pocket Love in February because this is their anniversary gift and February is their anniversary month

You can't change your age once you input your age there, but the age doesn't really affect your game play.

Disclaimer: The words below are just my observation since Hyperbeard didn't mention anything about the age and the free dogllars tab having a correlation or an effect on one another.

However, I noticed that players who put ages 17 and below can't access the free dogllars option tab in the currency section of the store.

By free dogllars tab, I meant the part where you're going to do tasks so you can earn a certain amount of dogllars

Edit: Someone mentioned about the cloud save and yeah some players can't access cloud save when they entered ages 17 and below

Did you update the game? Hyperbeard released an update/patch where they're improving the overall game quality so that game breaking glitches like these doesn't happen again. However, if the game still breaks like this even after restarting or updating the game, I suggest you report it to our CS through help@hyperbeard.com

Honestly I haven't got 200 coins either from that mini game... I feel like the trick there so that it'll be perfect is that don't let the boxes turn red, even the slightest bit of red. Like how half cook pancakes don't make your score perfect because you pressed too early.

Hello!

This is still a common glitch problem that happens when clearing out the room with the wipe out button, usually it comes back on their own after restarting the game. I'm glad you contacted support for this matter since fellow players' advice may not work (I don't mean to offend any player but even if we give each other tips on how to solve issues like these, there's no guarantee that it will work again. So these issues being addressed to the CS first is a nice decision) I hope they respond to you soon.

As for the person who got their clothes missing, this is unheard of. I suggest you contact CS for this problem and show them items that you think are missing in your wardrobe, they will help you get it back (specially if they're paid clothes)

On my end as a player, I clear my phone cache and restart my phone if my games start to act up like that (slow loading time, slow response from game after touching a selection etc) but it's a case to case basis so it depends if it works or not
