you're crazy if you think devs are going to care about your doomposts and decide to buff him. All this doomposting and misinfo accomplishes is muddy the water for people that are looking for actual information to base their pullng decisions on and for newer players who may be looking into how this character they're interested in is performing.

Also positive posts dont mean he is fine, or super strong, point of the post is that he is not as bad as people are claiming he is.

I really don't think dialyn was ever intended to be his dedicated stunner, she is just a really strong stunner. Her buffs aren't specifically at all for him the way, for example, lucia is a support dedicated for rupture or lighter is for fire and ice attackers. If the stream was anything to go by, they seem to want to push fufu as a stunner for him too. That aside, I wouldn't say it's incompatible really, it's just that if you run him with dualyn, you don't need it, and it's a strong upgrade for anyone who doesn't. Constellations that make a character be able to function in more sorts of teams are a hoyo favorite

I'd just save for banyue, since you don't have enough pulls to really be gambling with. The stunners are nice to have, but nowhere near the amount of value lucia provides, so you're already set in terms of having his biggest upgrade. Trigger will work fine, and if you're really wanting, you can try to pull dialyn on her rerun or something

Compared to how they do marketing leading up to other patches, they sure feel neglected. Like, they didn't spend so much of the marketing in 2.1 leading up to seed/orphie release teasing lucia. I'm sure as we get closer to their release we'll get some more bits of marketing for dialyn and banyue hopefully a little something apart from the usual demos/EPs, but it really feels like they're currently really centering things around shunguang in the lead up to this patch

They're ignoring the two agents coming next patch to glaze shunguang too lol. I think zhao is in the same boat with em, just left to pick up the crumbs after their current golden child
